Shipping Policy

In-stock items ship within 3-5 business days of processing via Fedex or UPS. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Works which are reproductions and are ‘ordered on demand’ and will take longer. I will contact you to notify you of the expected shipping date on these orders. Original Artwork is shipped with signature required for delivery.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. I accept returns for refund or exchange, or for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email me within 7 days of receiving the artwork at tina@tinaroystudio.com to alert me of the damage, then return the damaged item to me. Upon receipt of the damaged item I will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available I will refund the full purchase price of your item.
