In this edition of “At Home with the Artists,” figurative artist Judith Dickinson, hailing from Brighton, Colorado, takes us on a journey through her one-of-a-kind studio. Formerly serving as the police department of Brighton, the building now houses Judith’s gallery and studio. She was asked by the city to help turn it into an art center as part of an effort to revitalize the downtown area. Judith left much of the existing infrastructure in place, including the old jail cells. Venture inside to see how Judith unlocked the potential of this space, turning it into a creative and uplifting gallery and studio.
