Shipping Policy
Shipping charges for paintings 24x24 and smaller are included in the price of the art. Shipping within 1-2 weeks of your purchase via UPS but often sooner . You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your art has shipped. For larger art please contact me for a shipping quote at gabiaguilo@yahoo.com. or call me at 310-850-0247. I have a driver that can deliver art to most places in the country at a very reasonable price. A quick idea can be done by calculating the miles from Oceanside Ca to your place at 50 cents per mile.
Refund Policy
This artist will accept purchases returned within 7 days of delivery. There is a 10% restocking fee on any artwork that is returned. If you would like to return the work please contact this artist at gabiaguilo@yahoo.com. for the return shipping address. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser, and must include insurance for the full value of the artwork, and the artwork must be received back by the artist in the exact same condition that it was shipped. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the artwork being returned.
In the rare instance of damages to the artwork when shipping from the artist to you, please email gabiaguilo@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork. You will need to document with photographs all damages to packaging and the artwork to allow the artist to file an insurance claim with the mail carrier and return the damaged item to the artist. Upon receipt of the damaged item the artist will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available the artist will refund the purchase price of your item.
