Nothing is more practical than the repurposing of materials to create art. We have saved thousands of pounds of hatmakers felt from the landfill by cutting and nailing each piece to a carved wood base creating sculptures filled with texture, depth and detail. The face details on this piece are so intricate that each whisker is cut out of metal and painted with a fine tip brush. The background and frame are wood, collaged with layers of vintage papers which are alternately painted, rubbed with pastels and sanded to reveal hints of hidden elements. 48″x36″x3.5″

Shipping Policy
1. All S&H is billed separately and is a transaction between the artist and the collector directly.
2. Pieces are individually priced for shipping based on size and weight. Most pieces ship UPS with insurance and run approximately 10% of the cost of the artwork. Exceptions to that rule are smaller pieces like Hearts which average about 5% and large pieces may run up to 20%. Destination location is also variable factor.
3. Large to XLarge pieces, we prefer to ship via private door to door shipping service. Timeframes are usually longer for this service but it ensures the utmost care in delivery.
