Living in Arizona I knew I had to paint one of our most iconic state treasures, Sedona. The red of the rocks are accentuated here by the light dusting of snow. A rare sight in a desert state. Shortly after finished the painting, a couple of Sedona residents instantly recognized Courthouse (left) and Bell Rock (right) to my delight.
