Shipping Policy
If a piece is in stock it will be shipped out the next day. If, it is a piece that I need to make it will go out within 3-5 days. Depending upon where it is being shipped to it can take 2-5 days in transit. Typically, it is via UPS; however, if a customer prefers the Post Office, I can do that, as well.
Refund Policy
Our policy is to exchange if a purchase is not 100% working with the needs of the customer. With the wide variety of options we have, our customers do find another item in my collection to exchange for. In the rare occasion that a purchase just doesn't work out, the customer must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item at mthandbags@gmail.com and alert us of the refund request.
