Shipping Policy
Shipping is calculated individually. Contact me at 480-206-6977 or at lorenyagoda@gmail.com for a shipping quote. In-stock items ship within 7 days of processing via USPS, UPS, Fedex or Freight depending on location and size of painting for best price. Special order or commissions aka “ordered on demand” items may take longer. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Original Artwork is shipped with signature required for delivery.
Refund Policy
The artist will accept purchases returned within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to return the work please contact the artist at lorenyagoda@gmail.com. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser, and must include insurance for the full value of the artwork, and the artwork must be received by the artist in the exact same condition that it was originally shipped. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the artwork being returned.
