Shipping Policy

We will ship artwork via USPS, UPS, FED-EX, or Freight, depending on size.

Works are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, but some reproductions are printed on demand, and will take longer. We will contact you to notify you of the expected shipping date on these orders. Original artwork is shipped with signature required for delivery. Purchaser will receive a receipt and tracking details when the purchase ships.

 

Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you aren't completely satisfied, we will accept purchases returned within 14 days of delivery. There is a 10% restocking fee on any artwork that is returned. If you would like to return the artwork, please contact us at brobertart@gmail.com for the return shipping address.

Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser, and must include insurance for the full value of the artwork, and the artwork must be received back to us in the exact same condition that it was shipped. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the artwork being returned.

In the rare instance of damages to the artwork when shipping from us to you, please email us at brobertart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork. You will need to document (with photographs), all damages to packaging and the artwork, to allow us to file an insurance claim with the mail carrier and return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
