The support on the back of the panel makes it “float” off the wall about 1 inch. The aluminum prints are very light weight and they arrive ready to hang on your wall. No frame is necessary. Shipping Policy

Most items will be shipped via UPS. In-stock items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. Prints are 'ordered on demand' and will take 2-3 weeks to be created and shipped out. The artist will notify you of the expected shipping date on these orders. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has shipped.


 

Refund Policy

The artist will accept purchases returned within 7 days of delivery. There is a 10% restocking fee on any artwork that is returned. If you would like to return the work please contact the artist at info@JennyStewart.com for the return shipping address. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser, and must include insurance for the full value of the artwork, and the artwork must be received back by the artist in the exact same condition that it was shipped. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the artwork being returned. In the rare instance of damages to the artwork when shipping from the artist to you, please email info@JennyStewart.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork. You will need to document with photographs all damages to packaging and the artwork to allow the artist to file an insurance claim with the carrier and return the damaged item to the artist. Upon receipt of the damaged item the artist will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available the artist will refund the full purchase price of your item.
