Shipping Policy
Shipping cost is 10% of retail value. Original artwork is shipped with signature required upon delivery. Artist will contact customer and notify of expected shipping dates on your order. Purchaser will receive confirmation and tracking details when purchase ships.
Refund Policy
Artist will accept purchases returned within 14 days of delivery. There will be a 10% restocking fee for any items returned. If you would like to return the work please contact the artist. Return shipping is at the expense of the purchaser and must include insurance for the full value fo the artwork. Artwork must be received back by the artist in the exact same condition that it was shipped. Refunds are processed within 30 days of artwork being returned.
In the rare instance of damages to artwork when shipping from artist to purchaser please email hannah@hannahfriel.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork. You will need to document with photographs all damage to artwork and packaging so the artist can file an insurance claim with the mail carrier and return the damaged item to the artist. Upon receipt of damaged item the artist will refund the full purchase of your item.
