Shipping Policy
Artist will contact you to notify you of the expected shipping date on your order. Shipping generally takes between 3-5 business after the crate has been dropped off to the carrier. Signature is required for delivery. Purchaser will receive a receipt and tracking details when the purchase ships.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. For items damaged in transit, please email us at info@soulartinc.com within 7 days of receiving the artwork providing details of damage, photo, and return the damaged item to our address. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement as soon as it is available.
