Shipping Policy
Artist will ship via FedEx. Works are generally shipped within 3-5 business days, but custom commissions will take longer as the custom piece will need to be created. The artist will contact you to notify you of the expected shipping date on these orders. Original Artwork is shipped with signature required for delivery. Purchaser will receive a receipt and tracking details when the purchase ships.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the artwork at leah.re@gmail.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us (Please include photos of the packaging as well as the item.) Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
